Leading comedian and intellectual Anwar Maqsood said, “In difficult situations, it seems that the army is necessary, we must follow the path where our government and the army want.”
Addressing a press conference with the cabinet in the Arts Council Karachi, Anwar Maqsood said that today, 25 million people have become soldiers, I have no weapons of pen, I respect my flag as India does.
He said that the country is not recognized by population and area, Pakistan is as big as India for an Indian.
He said that it is easy to start the war but it is difficult to end, we have dropped five ships. We have less happiness but regret the loss of lives of innocent children, Indian media can never change.
Anwar Maqsood said that Modi has won the votes but maybe after the accident he will understand that I am not doing well with the Muslims, the time has changed. No one wants war, we all want the country to develop, we should follow the path where our government and the army want.
Talking to the video link, renowned poet Iftikhar Arif said that wherever human lives are lost, we are against it. We have condemned whatever happened in Pahalgam. We have been saying from the beginning that the Phalgam incident should be investigated, India does not even blame Pakistan.
