Islamabad:
The Supreme Court has issued a decree to grant the bail of PTI MPA Hafiz Farhat Abbas in the May 9 case.
The court has ruled that the prosecution has justified the allegations by Farhat Abbas for making a criminal conspiracy in the case. No export from the applicant, the record shows that the applicant has contributed to the investigation of the case.
Despite the arrest, humiliation and investigation of the case by the petitioner’s police, the harassment of harassment cannot be ignored.
In a four -page order of the pre -arrest hearing by Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, it was stated that the record so far, according to preliminary investigation, requires further inquiry against the petitioner.

The applicant was not nominated in the Hunio FIR on May 12, 2023 of the incident. He was involved in the case on social media on social media on the basis of tweets/audio/video clips after the plaintiff’s supplementary statement.
The applicant is entitled to pre -arrest for interim bail on continuous cooperation in the case of the case. The applicant is instructed to assist in further investigation.
