Medical experts say that more than 85 % of Pakistan’s population has high cholesterol volume, which is increasing their problems including heart attack, stroke.

Experts at the Leapa Forum of Pakistan, who were formed for the first time in Pakistan, told the Express Tribune that more than 85 % of Pakistan’s population has high cholesterol amounts, causing blood -giving arteries to the body. Due to the tight of the arteries, heart attack, stroke and other problems are increasing.

On the other hand, due to excessive use of fast food in school children and young people, the complaint of arteries in these children is increasing rapidly. With the use of poultry and non -standard foods, the majority of the population of Pakistan is increasing the amount of good cholesterol and the amount of bad cholesterol. The use of fats is seeing a horrific increase in the disease due to fat in the body.

Forum experts Prof. Abdul Rashid, Professor Nawaz Lashhari, Deputy Director Health Karachi Dr. Pir Ghulam Nabi Shah Chelani, Professor Jamil Ahmed, Professor Kamal Yousuf told Express that using fat and fast food is the cause of the body to increase the body’s cholesterol. In this case, heart attack and stroke are increasing. The amount of good cholesterol in the body should be more than 50 %.

The use of a healthy diet does not affect blood flow to the arteries, these experts said. Use a balanced diet to improve life, increasing the amount of fat in the blood is causing many heart diseases. Walking is essential to improve lifestyle.

These experts also said that parents should keep their children away from fast food and fat. Walking daily reduces stress. This science has proven that walking by walking toxic substances, including blood flow and fat in the body.
