Judicial Magistrate Sharaqi sent journalist Farhan Malik to jail on judicial remand.
Judicial Magistrate Sharaqi’s journalist Farhan Malik was presented to the court by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) before the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharaqi and Abdul Maiz Jafri appeared in the Advocate Court and a large number of anchors and journalists were present on the occasion.
“We had filed a petition to discharge Farhan Malik’s case, Farhan Malik is a journalist while the investigating officer said that anti -state videos were posted, on which the court inquired that the videos should be shown,” the investigating officer said.
The investigating officer said that the YouTube channel is on it in the name of speed and we have the material.
The court inquired what such videos are and who is the plaintiff in this case, the lawyer Safi gave the stand that the people in his office are the plaintiffs in this case, the whole material is available online.
The court asked the accused whether you were not killed, harassment was not being done, on which Farhan Malik said that our staff was being harassed.
The court inquired with the investigating officer that the remand is the name of another person.
The Judicial Magistrate sent Farhan Malik to jail on judicial remand and issued notices on the bail plea.
