The robbers killed during an alleged police encounter in North Karachi Sector XIB were identified by the police.
SHO Sarsid Farrukh Hashmi said that with the help of the search app, the deceased robber was identified as Junaid Waleed Iqbal Masih, who was wearing an online bike rider’s halem, and 2 pistols were recovered from his possession and recovered 2 pistols 30 bore load magazines and a motorcycle while he was also checking the record.
He said that the deceased robber was riding a motorcycle alone, which was indicated by Shaheen Force personnel on suspicion. He tried to escape by firing and was killed in retaliation by the police.
However, police are investigating further with the help of a mobile phone found in his possession.
