Jamiat Ulema -e -Islam (JUI) announced May 9 to celebrate Defense Day Pakistan across the country against Indian aggression.
A statement issued by Jamiat Ulema -e -Islam states that defense will be celebrated on May 9 tomorrow. The JUI has appealed that a resolution against India’s aggression be approved at Friday’s gatherings.
“We are all one to defend the homeland and it is our duty to defend it,” the leader said.
It may be recalled that one day ago, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of the JUI, condemned the Indian aggression in his statement and announced to stand side by side with the Pak army.
He said that this time is of national unity and the entire nation stands with the Pak army against Indian aggression.
