KARACHI: Additional District and Sessions Judge South reserved the decision on the completion of the arguments of the lawyers’ lawyers on the bail plea of Atif Khan in a bank fraud case of Rs 53 crore.

All the provisions of the accused’s case are in accordance with the crime.
The company’s lawyer Haider Waheed Advocate argued that it does not matter if the case is registered late in White Caller crime. The company is not fond of filing a case against its own CEO.
The company’s lawyer added that the accused took money in the name of the company and used it in his business. The accused says it is a case of recovery, it is not a recovery case. The accused has led to the Breach of Trust. The accused left minus 51 crore, the accused destroyed the company. The accused did not dismiss any of the allegations. The crime committed by the accused may be sentenced to life imprisonment, but I do not want to do so.
Advocate Cleansing Mukesh Tularija Advocate argued that it is a private limited company, not a public limited company. The punishment in this case is one day. The Supreme Court rules that the FIA cannot take the case of a private company. The company’s internal auditor was ineligible, which could not be detected such a big fraud.
Nadia Hussein’s lawyer, Mohammad Farooq Advocate, argued that Nadia Hussain’s fault is only that he is the wife of the accused Atif Khan. Nadia Hussein has recorded the statement by appearing in the FIA. Due to the media hype, Nadia is being involved in the case.
The investigating officer made it clear that Nadia Hussain is not the accused nor we want. Lawyer Safi argued that the FIA should write that it will not arrest Nadia Hussein. The interim bail of accused Nadia Hussain should be confirmed.
The investigating officer said that there is a beneficiary in the Nadia Hussain case, the matter is still in the early stages. The court reserved the verdict on the petitions of Nadia Hussain and her husband Atif Khan. The court remarked that the decision of the petitions will be heard on May 14.
