Former First Lady Bashari Bibi has withdrawn petitions against Breath in 12 cases of Bibi.
Special prosecutor withdrew these appeals from the High Court Rawalpindi Bench. Former Home Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed’s appeal against bail was also withdrawn in May 9 cases.
The hearing on the appeal regarding the physical remand of the founder PTI Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi was adjourned.
