Al -Khudmat departs 15 mobile health units, 50 ambulances, medicines and other relief supplies to LoC

The Al -Khudmat Foundation dispatched the truck line of control and the affected areas, including 15 mobile health units, 50 ambulances, one crore worth of medicines, one thousand tents, 5,000 tarpaulin.

According to the press release, an emergency press briefing was organized on the rescue and relief activities of the Al -Khudmat Foundation in view of the recent war situation.

Al -Khudmat Foundation Pakistan Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri, Assistant Secretary General Ikramul Haq Subhani, Vice President Zakarullah Mujahid, Chairman of Al -Khudmat Health Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif and CEO Khabib Bilal attended.

Syed Waqas Jafri said on the occasion that the recent emergency and aggression of the civilian population have resulted in the al -Khudmat Foundation initiating immediate and effective measures.

The Al -Khudmat Foundation has updated its 41 al -Khudmat Response Centers across the country, while four major regions of southern Punjab, Central Punjab, Lahore and Azad Kashmir have been set up at the central level war crisis management sales so that immediate and systematic reactions can be given in the emergency.

Ikram -ul -Haq Subhani said on the occasion that the Al -Khudmat Foundation is in full harmony and contact with the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Forces, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Provincial Disaster Management Authorities (PDMAS) and Rescue 1122.

At the same time, a training program is being set up, in which people of all ages will be trained to deal with the emergency and play an active role as a citizen.

He said that if the situation worsens the situation and the concern for migration is increased, the Al -Khudmat Foundation will set up temporary tent settlements and transportation facilities will be provided for the affected people.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif said that the Al -Khudmat Foundation has prepared 57 hospitals in al -Khudmat in the wake of emergencies, where 30 % of the beds have been allocated for war conditions.

Al -Khudmat has sent Rs 1 crore medicines to the affected areas, while in the first phase, another Rs 10 crore worth of medicines is purchased so that the storage of medicines can be updated and immediate delivery is possible when needed.

Finally, Syed Waqas Jafri assured that the Al -Khudmat Foundation, as usual, is with the nation at this critical stage and will continue to serve the victims by utilizing all their capabilities, resources and volunteers.
