The May 9 GHQ attack case will be heard today against all the accused, including the founding chairman Tehreek -e -Insaf, the court has summoned 12 witnesses today.
Special Anti -Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah Founder will hear the GHQ attack case against PTI on Wednesday.
The case has been hanging for the past one and a half months, the court has summoned two official witnesses Mujtabaul Hassan and Sub Inspector Riaz for the 5th time.
If the witnesses are not present, the hearing will be held in the Kachari court. For today, all the accused investigating team has also been strictly summoned.
Former Home Minister Sheikh Rasheed, Omar Ayub Khan, Shibli Faraz will also be present.
There are 119 witnesses in the GHQ Gate One attack case, 25 statements have been recorded, no major witnesses have been questioned yet.
Founder Chairman Tehreek -e -Insaf’s lawyer Faisal Malik Advocate said that the jail trial is difficult, we have requested all the cases across Punjab on May 9 to be tried together.
