According to the text of the case, he was placed on a ventilator on April 6 during treatment, and at the same time, hospital staff sexually assaulted him, while she was on a ventilator at the time she could not say anything and was extremely scared.
The victim said that he was in anesthesia at the time and two nurses were also present at the time of the incident.
Airhosts informed her husband about sexual abuse after being discharged from the hospital and informed the police and filed a complaint with the police before the legal adviser.
Gurgaon police spokesman Sandeep Kumar said that after the complaint was filed by the victim, a case was registered at the police station of Gurgaon, the police team was dispatched to the hospital to get the duty of the duty chart and to identify the accused.
He said that the police team took further action on the matter and recorded a statement before the magistrate and the police team would soon identify the accused and they would arrest them accordingly.
On the other hand, the hospital administration refused to respond to the incident, and the media contacted the hospital’s security staff, and they refused to provide information regarding the incident.
