According to the report, the steps issued by the Services and General Administration Department advised citizens to allocate a safe, unmanned room in their homes, such as a basement or internal room, for emergency.
In addition, it is necessary to prepare a complete emergency kit, which includes first aid, essential medicines, bottle water, unbearable food, flashlight, additional batteries and portable chargers.
What to do in case of alarm or warning?
In the case of official warning or alarm, citizens have been instructed to close all the lights immediately so that they do not know from outside.
Individuals have been instructed to move to a safe place inside their homes, shut down doors and windows and shut down gas connections.
The use of only stairs has been emphasized to go down, while the use of the elevator has been directed to avoid completely.
If the withdrawal is inevitable:
If the withdrawal is mandatory, the citizens have been ordered to leave the building immediately following the government instructions.
At the same time, emergency kits, identity cards, insurance and other necessary documents have been instructed to carry with them.
It is advisable to stop the stairs only by shutting down electricity, gas and water connections.

Citizens have been urged to avoid panic and take a quiet attitude. In addition, there is encouragement to track government announcements and alerts and to help your neighbors, elders and needy people.
