Islamabad:
The federal government has issued a notification to maintain prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days.
According to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, prices of petroleum products have been maintained.
The statement said that the price of petrol is Rs 254 to 63 paise per liter while the price of diesel is Rs 258 by 64 paise per liter.
Earlier, the Federal Cabinet meeting chaired by the Prime Minister had approved the amendment of the Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levi) Ordinance 1961 on the recommendation of the Petroleum Division.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had said that the price of oil in the global market has dropped, instead of transferring the benefit of the people, Balochistan will be cast.
At the meeting, the Prime Minister announced that the most important national highway of Balochistan would be made two attitudes on the quality of the motorway.
