Judicial Magistrate South fixed April 30 for the accused in a drug export case against the son of prominent actor Sajid Hassan, Sehir Hassan.
The Karachi Central Jail Judicial Complex heard a drug export case against Judicial Magistrate South Shahzad Khawaja’s son, Sajid Hassan, the son of Sajid Hassan.
Jail authorities presented the accused Sehir Hassan to the court. Judicial Magistrate South Shahzad Khawaja’s court submitted a challan of the case. The court provided copies of the case to the accused. The court fixed April 30 for the person.
Remember that the accused is in jail on judicial remand. The accused has been accused of importing more than 500 grams of video.
On the other hand, the Larger Bench of the Sindh High Court resolved the dispute over the petition of Sajid Hassan, son of prominent actor Sajid Hassan, and sent the matter to the Constitution Bench.
The High Court heard a dispute over hearing the petition of Sehir Hassan, the accused in the drug case. The Larger Bench resolved the hearing dispute.
The Larger Bench declared the petition of the accused Sehir Hassan’s constitutional bench hearing. The court remarked that the accused, Sehir, should be appointed for hearing before the constitutional bench. The petition of the accused Sehir should be appointed for hearing on April 24. The accused’s request comes in Article 199 of the Constitution sub -section OneC. Basic rights issues can be heard in the constitutional bench.
